I have been a Registered Dietitian since 2001. I use my knowledge of nutrition to fuel my own body for the demands of traveling life (setting up and tearing down the show, for example) and for my strongwoman training and performances. Previous to that, I set up nutrition programs that helped my success in completing 6 marathons, a half ironman distance triathlon and numerous shorter distance running, open water swimming and multi-sport events. I have used my experiences as a traveling performer and distance athlete to create a program that is specialized for the unique nutrition needs of athletes and performers.

While I used to work full-time as a dietitian in a variety of settings (hospitals, private practice, outpatient clinics, eating disorder programs, etc), I now travel about 9 months out of the year. I am still able to offer my expertise as a dietitian through online avenues that allow me to work wherever the road may take me.
